The Dexion House development consists of 22,360 sqm of mixed-use in 2 blocks over a podium and basement. One block is 18 stories and the other 9 stories with a large courtyard amenity space between. The building comprises 802 student residential units, extensive student communal facilities, a publicly accessible leisure center including extensive gym facilities and a 25m regulation swimming pool, and associated ancillary spaces and plants. The building is clad in a number of materials including engineered stone panels, brick slip, aluminum cladding, render, and GRC. The external areas are well landscaped, including planting, growing ground cover, brick and stone paving, seating and amenities, and extensive green roof finishes.
