Omnis has been supplying rainscreen panels in the US for over 30 years,
long before open-joint back-ventilated façades became a standard method of construction. Early projects relied on sealed systems with caulked joints, but the industry evolved, and so did we.
Over the years, the business changed hands several times. Today, Omnis is backed by experienced, forward-thinking ownership focused on growth, investment, and long-term partnerships.
Our relationships with Steni and Petrarch span decades and have recently been reinvigorated. More recently we partnered with the Italian brand, ForMe Design. Collectively, their ambitions for the U.S. market align with ours: expand, innovate, and deliver the best façade solutions through a trusted partner network.
