Highmark Mann Center for Performing Arts

The revitalization of the Mann Center for the Performing Arts creates a welcoming new arrival experience that celebrates the connection between architecture, landscape, and community. Designed by EwingCole, the project incorporates natural materials and warm tones to complement the surrounding park setting while creating a distinctive identity for the venue’s expanded entrance experience.

ForMe Design Cladding in Light Ash was selected to enhance the extensive exterior soffits and canopies throughout the Entry Plaza, Welcome Center, Music Hall of Fame, and Encore Shop.

Featuring 150mm-wide aluminum slats, the system creates a continuous linear aesthetic across complex geometries, including changes in roof direction, angled junctions, and integrated architectural details. EDA Contractors delivered the precise installation required to maintain alignment, continuity, and a refined finish across the expansive canopy structures.
