The Webster Place project involved the transformation of an existing building to prepare for Advocate Health’s new 70,000-square-foot medical facility. The owner’s objective was clear – refresh the core and shell of the structure with a durable, modern façade solution that aligned with both performance expectations and budget realities. Petrarch Planx composite stone slimline panels custom colors #1536, #1536A, #1536B in Smooth and Smooth Matte were ultimately chosen for the exterior envelope.
