DELTA®-FASSADE S is a high-performance, UV- and water-resistive barrier that is designed to be installed in front of continuous insulation.
Designed for permanent UV exposure in open joint cladding systems.
Consists of highly tear-resistant polyester substrate with a waterproof coating.
May be installed in all back-vented cladding systems featuring open joints up to 2” (50 mm) wide and open joint areas of up to 40 % of the entire surface.
Is highly vapor permeable (328 perms).
Helps to ensure a healthy and comfortable interior climate.
Ideal for use in metal and wood stud construction.
Easy to install.
NFPA 285 compliant.

DELTA®-FASSADE TAPE 2.5″
DELTA®-FASSADE TAPE provides superior adhesion with critical, long-term UV protection.
Designed for use in open cladding systems with DELTA®-FASSADE S, the tape seals around windows, doors, end laps, side laps, and other penetrations. It is highly UV resistant, puncture-resistant, and comes in matching matte black to maintain the desirable high-end shadow look.
DELTA®-FASSADE TAPE is composed of a carrier film made from DELTA®-FASSADE S along with a highly aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive and an easily removed split paper release. This tape is non-bituminous, low odor, and suitable for LEED® rated projects by contributing to a more durable, sustainable, and energy-efficient structure. And it is an important component of the complete DELTA®-FASSADE S UV and water-resistive barrier system.
DELTA®-FASSADE FLASHING
DELTA®-FASSADE FLASHING is a high-performance, durable, self-adhering flashing with critical, long-term UV protection. Designed for use in open cladding systems with DELTA®-FASSADE S, the flashing is highly UV resistant and comes in matching matte black to maintain the desirable high-end shadow look.
- It is composed of a carrier film made from DELTA®-FASSADE S along with a highly aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive and an easily removed split paper release.
- The product provides superior adhesion and sealing around windows, doors, and other penetrations for a watertight building enclosure while maintaining the critical UV protection of the system.
- It adheres tenaciously to seal the interface between rough openings for windows and doors, common building substrates, and to DELTA®-FASSADE S water-resistive barrier membrane.
- In addition, DELTA®-FASSADE FLASHING is very puncture resistant with excellent self-sealing qualities that resist water ingress at vulnerable detail areas.
DELTA®-FASSADE FLASHING is non-bituminous, low odor, and suitable for LEED® rated projects by contributing to a more durable, sustainable, and energy-efficient structure.
