K-Form Concrete Formwork System

K135

K-FORM K135 Product

Designed for pours of 150 mm-225 mm thick concrete (when used in conjunction with K25 Riser.)

  • Enables adjoining bays to be poured consecutively
  • Pre-drilled holes in base for anchoring with mortar
  • Pre-drilled holes in vertical face for locating dowel bars
  • Once concrete is poured, K-FORM is left in place; no need to remove and clean
  • Separate wear strip can be removed once concrete is set to allow joint sealing

K85

Designed for pours of 100 mm-140 mm thick concrete (when used in conjunction with K25 Riser.)

  • Enables adjoining bays to be poured consecutively
  • Pre-drilled holes in base for anchoring with mortar
  • Pre-drilled holes in vertical face for locating dowel bars
  • Once concrete is poured, K-FORM is left in place; no need to remove and clean
  • Separate wear strip can be removed once concrete is set to allow joint sealing

About K-Form

K-Form is a patented, lightweight, 100% recycled PVC concrete screed rail system that works up to four times faster than traditional steel and timber concrete formwork systems.

The K-Form plastic shuttering system made from uPVC is a lightweight, cast-in-place screed rail strong enough to handle all types of mechanical screeds as well as provide control, construction, and isolation joints. Archive straight quality joints every time while being versatile for all types of concrete slabs.

  • Unlike foam or fiber expansion joint filler material, K-Form is resistant to petrol, diesel, and oil making it suitable for forming concrete slabs at petroleum sites, industrial sites, and agricultural applications.
  • The bottom base of K-Form acts like a lever when the concrete is placed on top of the bottom flange. It will not shift side to side or tip over. K-Form stays in place without stakes or backfilling.
  • All types of power screeds are suitable to use with K-Form, (Roller screeds, Vibro-Strikes, Twin Beams, etc.)
  • K-Form is strong enough to handle all types of leveling equipment.
