As a national distributor of ethical and sustainable engineered stone rainscreen panels, Omnis provides superior support during every step of the order/fulfillment process.

Concept Phase

Omnis provides product knowledge, samples, panel optimization, fixing methods, issues around codes – whatever is required to help you make the best decisions.

Bidding

Omnis provides all the services, parts, and pieces an estimator needs to consider when ordering Omnis panels. We even offer pre-bidding training on the products and systems we offer. Estimators can bid with confidence they may not have had otherwise.

Take-offs

The Omnis team looks at the drawings and identifies all the panels on the building for either Petrarch or Steni and comes up with square footage. Omnis is unique in that we run to the opportunity to help our bidders and budgeters with a manufacturer takeoff.  It is a second set of eyes, which almost always helps.

Shops

Shop drawings are part of the submittal process. Once a business wins a bid, they submit very detailed drawings of how Omnis products connect to adjacent assemblies on the building. Omnis, through our partners, provide a full-service shop drawing service that may even include engineering or stamped calculations, bill of materials, and fabrication tickets.

Engineering

Omnis partners with experts in façade engineering. They determine the loads on the panels, fasteners, and substructure and ensure there are enough screws or sub-framing, at the right intervals, etc.

Logistics

Omnis is involved with the logistics from the moment the panels leave the factories on a truck, are put in a container at the port, put on a ship, and transported overseas. We then oversee the drayage and transfer to storage or to the job site via flatbed trucks. We offer the entire process, including import fees, taxes, etc. We communicate with all parties involved the entire time.

Project Management

Very few panel providers have dedicated Project Managers. Omnis PMs not only ensure that the manufacturer is keeping material flowing to the US, but also ensure the customer is aware of critical dates and requirements. We work as an extension of our customers, representing them to each of the manufacturers of the various components it takes to make up a rainscreen system.
