ZENOVA IR Thermal Insulating Coating
Transform Industrial Thermal Insulation
ZENOVA IR is a thermal barrier requiring minimal application. ZENOVA IR thermal insulating coating can be used on its own or mixed with concrete and plaster for a render application to internal and external walls in commercial and residential buildings to provide immediate insulation benefits.
ZENOVA Testing
Test | Testing Agency | Results | Download |
---|---|---|---|
ASTM C1371 ASTM C1549 ASTM E1980 | Intertek | Conclusion: ZENOVA IR applied to a metal panel at a thickness of 5mm resulted in high solar reflectance and high thermal emittance. | Download |
ASTM C518-17 | Intertek | Conclusion: The average thermal conductivity value when taken from three (3) 9mm samples was recorded as 0.069 W/mK, which proves that ZENOVA IR has very low thermal conductivity. | Download |
EN 11925-2 | Warringtonfire | Conclusion: ZENOVA IR applied at a thickness of 5mm to 9mm dry, untreated plywood with a troweled application does not enhance flame spread. | Download |
EN 13823 | Warringtonfire | Conclusion: ZENOVA IR was applied to 9mm dry, untreated plywood with a troweled application at a thickness of 5mm. The application of ZENOVA IR made the plywood fire resistant with no lateral flame spread to the end of the specimen and no falling flame particles. | Download |
Thermal Conductivity in compliance with ISO 22007-2 | TAL (Thermal Analysis Labs) | Conclusion: The average thermal conductivity value when taken from five 5mm samples was recorded as 0.0728 W/mK, which proves that ZENOVA IR has very low thermal conductivity. | Download |
