ZENOVA FP Intumescent Paint
ZENOVA FP Intumescent Paint is a high-performance, water-based fire protection coating that restricts the spread of fire on any substrate, buying much-needed time for firefighters to respond to dangerous situations where every second counts.
As a result of being exposed to heat, the intumescent paint swells and creates a light char foam, increasing in volume and decreasing in density. The heat transfer from the flames to the substrate is greatly diminished. The paint turns into an insulating protective membrane, isolating the treated materials from elements that maintain fire combustion.
