ZENOVA WB Tests
Repeated tests on a variety of extremely dry wildfire fuels (grasses, hays, brush) demonstrate the incredible fire resistance of ZENOVA WB. ZENOVA WB application remains viable for 30+ days in dry conditions.
A stencil with the word “ZENOVA” covered a metal tin of dry hay. ZENOVA WB Wildfire Barrier was sprayed on the letters “ZENOVA.” A torch was applied continuously over all parts of the dry hay. The hay treated with ZENOVA WB reveals the name “ZENOVA” and does not catch fire.
Bells and Two Tones Fire and Rescue Limited, the leading fire safety provider within the UK TV and film industry, tested ZENOVA WB and FP. Two identical scaled sets were constructed out of 3mm ply and 2×1 batten. The interior of one was treated with one coat of primer and two topcoats of ZENOVA FP. ZENOVA WB was applied to the roof and exterior via spray.
